剧情：
20世纪60年代最杰出的特工奥斯汀（麦克·迈尔斯饰）是一次次打败“邪恶博士”（麦克·迈尔斯饰）拯救世界的超级英雄。邪恶博士把自己冷冻在外太空，以求来日再战。奥斯汀便也如法炮制，冷冻了自己。30年过去了，美国太空局发现不明飞行物正向地球飞来。邪恶博士回来了。美国特工局马上把斯汀解冻，把战胜邪恶的希望全寄托在他的身上。可是，30年的变化让这位特工措手不及。科技的发展，潮流的变化，奥斯汀的行为全都变成了笑料。美女助手凡妮莎·肯辛顿（伊丽莎白·赫莉饰）挺身而出，帮助奥斯汀完成任务，但怎知越帮越乱。迟到30年的决战变成了无厘头的演出，奥斯汀还能否像30年前打败邪恶博士，拯救地球呢？
