剧情：
在一个风物宜人的小山村里，单身汉米继红（尊龙 饰）中意妹妹阿莲（陶虹 饰）的好友芦花（李玟 饰），但芦花身为村长的女儿，又是村里的文艺骨干，这让米继红怯于开口。爱好表演的芦花参加某剧组试镜惨遭淘汰，不忍芦花伤心的米继红异想天开，决定自己邀请芦花出演武侠电视剧来满足后者的明星梦。米继红自己担任摄像和导演，又找来投资人——村里饭店的老板，编剧兼道具——村里的木匠组成了班底，此外，阿莲的两个追求者，王胜利（夏雨 饰）和二狗亦当仁不让加入剧组。面对武侠剧拍摄中的种种难题，米继红带领大家先后破解，而他和芦花的感情问题，却是更难解的谜题……
