剧情：
一夫和一美本是青梅竹馬的朋友，如今移居外地多年的一美回到故里成為轉校生，一段兩小無猜的感情眼看就要發生。只是神秘的事件讓一切都改變了，兩人正在發育的身體掉包，面對的身心困惑更是加倍。本來是一部性教育意味濃厚的兒童文學作品，搬上銀幕後變成了一部淡淡的青春物語。沒有故弄玄虛 的賣性別的差異，反而有種說不出的鄉愁。大林宣彥「尾道三部曲」的首作，拍廣告起家的導演十五歲那年在這裏旁觀《東京物語》的拍攝，難怪片中穿插的黑白畫面十分眼熟。（夏日國際電影節）
