剧情：
福瑞德（丹尼·麦克布耐德 Danny McBride 饰）是小镇上唯一的跆拳道教练，他非常热爱自己的职业，整天穿着跆拳道训练服在大街小巷中晃来晃去。福瑞德心目中的偶像，是著名的电影动作明星查克（本·贝斯特 Ben Best 饰），每当福瑞德施展拳脚展现技艺时，他总是幻想自己就是查克的化身。 然而，强壮的身体并没有让福瑞德拥有一段美满的婚姻，他的妻子苏西（Mary Jane Bostic 饰）背叛了福瑞德，并且最终选择了离开他。悲伤而又愤怒的福瑞德只能选择他唯一擅长的事情——跆拳道，来发泄这些情绪。久而久之，福瑞德伤害了身边的朋友们，他的跆拳道班里的学生也大量流失。
