剧情：
著名黃梅調喜劇電影，由羅臻、薛群聯合執導。孫玉郎(金峰 飾)與劉慧娘(丁紅 飾)、裴政(毛威 飾)與徐文姑(顧媚 飾)本是兩對情投意合的戀人，陰差陽錯間，四人竟互將定情信物錯送，以至亂點鴛鴦，孫家向徐家提親，裴家也向劉家提親。慧娘兄劉樸(馮強 飾)，乃玉郎妹珠姨(李香君 飾)的未婚夫，因身染重病，劉父乃思沖喜之法，迎娶珠姨。孫母(歐陽莎菲 飾)為怕誤了女兒終身，命兒子玉郎喬裝代嫁。此時劉樸病體支離，難以交拜天地，遂由其妹慧娘替代。玉郎、慧娘這雙痴情男女，於洞房相遇，遂將錯就錯，成就百年好事……
